What we take responsibility for
All of our services sit within one discipline: project management. We do not advise on the merits of a transaction and we are not a party to it. We make sure it is planned, sequenced, documented and delivered.
Transaction project management
End-to-end management of a single transaction: work breakdown, critical path, conditions precedent tracked to satisfaction, and a live register of open items with named owners and dates. Reporting to the client on an agreed rhythm.
Process design and governance
Where a client runs the same type of transaction repeatedly, we design the process once: stages, approval gates, required documents at each gate, and who signs off. The result is a written procedure a team can follow without us.
Counterparty and adviser coordination
Acting as the single point of contact between the client, its counterparties and its external advisers — counsel, auditors, valuers, insurers — so that requests, responses and deadlines move through one channel and nothing is lost between them.
Document control
Version control, execution tracking, and a structured repository organised so that any document can be located and its status established at any point. Complete handover of the record at the end of the engagement.
Programme administration
Ongoing administration of a portfolio of related matters: scheduling, periodic review cycles, deadline monitoring, escalation of exceptions, and consolidated status reporting to the client's management.
Reporting and review
Structured reporting for boards, lenders, auditors and other stakeholders, drawn from the project record rather than assembled from memory, together with post-completion review of what worked and what should change.
What is outside our scope. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment or financial advice; we do not provide financing or credit; we do not purchase, hold or trade receivables or other assets; and we do not act as principal, agent or broker in any transaction. Where a client needs any of these, they are engaged directly by the client from appropriately licensed providers, and we coordinate their work.
