GEP Finance L.L.C-FZ was established in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, to provide project management services to the GEP Technik group and its counterparties.
The group
GEP Technik SIA is based at Ganību dambis 26A in Riga, Latvia. It works in intellectual property management and investment — identifying, acquiring, developing and commercialising patents, trademarks and designs for industrial technologies — and also provides IT and energy consulting.
The group's work is long-running and document-heavy by nature: portfolios are held over years, across several jurisdictions and registries, with deadlines that do not move.
Our part in it
That kind of work needs a function whose only job is the plan and the record. GEP Finance provides it from Dubai, giving the group a coordination presence in the Gulf time zone and a standard way of running projects across the group.
We work to a written scope agreed with each client, report against it on a fixed rhythm, and hand over a complete project record at the end of every engagement.
