GEP Finance L.L.C-FZ is a Dubai-based project management company within the GEP Technik group. We plan, coordinate and administer the workstreams that international transactions and asset programmes depend on — from mandate to completion.

Someone has to own the plan
Cross-border transactions fail on coordination far more often than on substance. Documents sit unsigned in the wrong inbox, a condition precedent is satisfied but never recorded, a deadline passes in one jurisdiction while a counterparty waits on another. Our mandate is that layer: the plan, the sequence, the record and the follow-up.
Transaction management
Scope, milestones, responsibilities and deadlines, set out once and kept current. A single plan that every party works from, with a clear owner for each open item.
Process coordination
Counterparties, advisers, auditors and counsel are rarely in one place or one time zone. We run the flow of information between them and keep the sequence intact.
Programme administration
Continuing programmes need routine that does not depend on anyone's memory: document control, status reporting, escalation and an auditable record of what happened when.
How we work
Defined scope, documented decisions
Every engagement begins with a written scope: what is in it, what is not, who decides what, and how progress is measured. We report against that scope on a fixed rhythm rather than on request, and every decision that changes the plan is recorded with its date and its author.
We act on instructions from the client and within the mandate agreed with them. We do not take positions, hold client assets or make commercial decisions on a client's behalf.

GEP Technik SIA, based in Riga, Latvia, works in intellectual property management and investment — acquiring, developing and commercialising patents and trademarks for industrial technologies — alongside IT and energy consulting.
GEP Finance L.L.C-FZ provides project management services from Dubai, extending the group's reach into the Gulf and giving its programmes a coordination function on the ground.
Scope of our licence. GEP Finance L.L.C-FZ holds a Meydan Free Zone commercial licence for project management services. It is not a licensed financial institution. It does not provide financing or credit, does not purchase, hold or trade receivables or other financial assets, and does not act as principal in any transaction.
